Welcome to Primary Colours Murals
and Mosaics

I completed a BA (Hons) degree in Art and Education at the Cardiff Institute of Higher Education way back in 1995.  Living in Barry at that time I first became interested in helping children take part in painting workshops at the Barry Memorial Hall, experiencing different artists and their style of art.  I have had worked in a few different art fields from working as a scenic artist in some of the UK's  major department stores, making dried flower displays for David Morgans and staging houses ready for sale.  It was in 2012 that Primary Colours Murals and Mosaics was created.  I started off providing a mural service to primary schools across South Wales.  During a consultation to discuss a mural I was asked if I could make them a mosaic instead, thus an addition of providing mosaics was born.  I provide mosaic workshops to adults of all ages and abilities, some with learning disabilities and health related issues and get immense pleasure in seeing a person's enjoyment and confidence grow throughout the mosaic making process.
